However, the Feds have made it abundantly clear that they have no intention of doing that, regardless of the party in power. <br /><br />All of Arizona's attempts have been aimed at trying to stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the state across a border so sieve-like that anyone can take pictures of the fence climbers any day of the week. And yes, some of them aren't coming here just to work.<br /> <br />Signs in OUR desert warning US not to enter? Preposterous situation caused by spineless politicians. <br /><br />The cleanup attempts by Arizona (or the Feds if they had the backbone)are bound to be painful. After all, the problem has been festering for more than 30 years.
